Your computer's Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned. If this error persists, contact your system administrator with the error code 80090030. It affects Outlook login only This is due to MFA being turned off for an Organisation. Solution is to to enable MFA via Azure/365 admin or Create a Registry value: Fix get them onto MFA or Close Outlook Open Regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity Create REG_DWORD EnableADAL 0 You can also try to disconnect the work account on the computer. Navigate to the “Accounts” section of the Settings app and navigate to the “Access work or school” page. Click the account you want to unlink and press the “Disconnect” button. Follow the prompts to complete the account removal process. Navigate to the “Accounts” section of the Settings app and navigate back to the “Access work or school” page. Click the "+" icon to associate an account. Enter your credentials and wait for the process to complete.
