"Your computer's Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned. If this error persists, contact your system administrator with the error code 80090030" This is due to MFA being turned off for that organisation. Solution is to either enable MFA or Create a registry value: Close Outlook Open Regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity Create REG_DWORD EnableADAL 0 Close all MS apps and re-open to sign in.
